How long will my order take?

Your print will be dispatched within two working days of ordering. For more details, please visit our delivery information page.

Postage and delivery

All prints are sent via a tracked Australia Post service. We’ll email your tracking details as soon as your print is on its way.

Express Post is available for an additional $10 and can be selected at checkout.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely using:

Debit or credit card (all major cards are accepted)

Apple Pay

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase.

Returns, refunds and damaged items

Personalised items are made especially for you and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your print arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. You can text us on 0410756522 or email hannah@thoughtfulgiftshop.com.au.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.

GST

The Thoughtful Gift Shop is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not added to our prices.
