How long will my order take?
Your product will be dispatched up to 2 working days after ordering. For more details on delivery, please visit our delivery information page.

Postage & delivery
Small unframed prints are sent by Auspost standard service and are not tracked. All other products are sent by Auspost tracked and tracking details will be sent to your email address upon dispatch. Express postage is available for an additional $10.

How do I pay?
You can pay securely with your credit card or with PayPal.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted. For more information about Paypal visit www.paypal.com/au.


Payments are processed through Stripe, the completely secure, online payment processor.

After you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation of the transaction.

Returns, refunds & damaged items
Bespoke items are made specifically to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect.

If an item you have received is damaged in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. You can do this by calling us on 02 8914 6079 or emailing us at: hello@thoughtfulgiftshop.com.au

Refunds will be made to you within 30 days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

GST
GST is charged at 10%. All prices quoted on the site are INCLUSIVE of GST.
